- Prevent Stent Thrombosis
- Reduce the rate of CV death, MI and Stroke
- Reduce the risk of first MI or stroke in patients with CAD.
- Adults : 180 mg loading dose followed by 90 mg twice daily
- 60 mg twice daily after one year.
- History of intracranial hemorrhage
- Active pathological bleeding
- Hypersensitivity to ticagrelor or any component of the product
- Pregnancy category: Category C
- Severe hepatic impairment: Avoid use
- Renal impairment: No dosage adjustment required
Dyspnea, Bleeding, Headache, ECG changes, Dizziness
