Inflammatory & degenerative forms of rheumatism: RA, juvenile RA, ankylosing spondylitis, OA & spondylarthritis, painful syndromes of the vertebral column, non-articular rheumatism; acute attacks of gout; post-traumatic & post-op pain, inflammation & swelling; primary dysmenorrhea.

Sustain Release tablet:

  • Initial child daily dose for treatment of pain :100 mg.
  • Initial adult daily dose for treatment of pain:100-150 mg.
  • Milder cases & for long-term therapy: 75-100 mg daily.
  • Nocturnal pain & morning stiffness: Up to max daily dose: 150 mg can be supplemented by supp at bedtime.
  • Primary dysmenorrhea 50-150 mg may be increased up to max: 200 mg daily.
  • Juvenile RA Max dose: 3 mg/kg daily in divided doses

Hypersensitivity to aspirin or diclofenac. Advanced blood abnormality, peptic ulcer, severe cardiac failure. Advanced hepatic & renal impairment.

  • Risk of GI ulceration, bleeding and perforation with NSAID.
  • Serious GI toxicity such as bleeding, ulceration and perforation can occur at any time, with or without warning symptoms, in patients treated with NSAID therapy.

Epigastric pain, eructation. Slight dizziness or headache, mild skin rash and peripheral oedema.

Store below 30°C and protect from moisture.
