For the systemic treatment of allergic reactions such as chronic urticaria, obstructive airway diseases and rhinitis due to various allergies and hay fever (seasonal allergy).

For treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic asthma (Adults): 10 mg once a day in the evening.
For Prophylaxis of exercise-induced asthma (Adults):10 mg, at least two hours before exercise.

It is contraindicated in patients with an allergy to either or both drugs, hepatic impairment and in children less than six months of age.

Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
Do not drink alcohol while taking combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast as it may cause increased sleepiness.
Dry mouth may occur as a Side effects . Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake may help.

Diarrhea, Dryness in mouth, Fatigue, Headache, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Otitis media, Influenza.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
