Hypertension
Hypertension with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

For adult Hypertensive patients and Hypertensive patients Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Initial: 50 + 12.5 mg once daily

Maximum: 100 + 25 mg once daily

Anuria
Hypersensitivity to LOSAP H or sulfonamide derived drugs.

Pregnancy category: Category D
Renal impairment:

CrCl<10ml/min: Avoid use

CrCl≥10ml/min: No dosage adjustment is necessary, except if the patient is volume depleted.

Cautious use in patients with impaired hepatic function or progressive liver disease.

Dryness of mouth, Lethargy, Restlessness, Confusion, Seizures, Muscle pains or cramps, Hypotension, Oliguria, Hypokalemia.

Store it at or below 25°C in the original package to protect it from light and moisture.
Keep the medicine out of the reach of children and pets.
